WHAT TYPE OF WAX IS USED IN YOUR CANDLES AND WAX MELTS?

BellCandlesandCo uses 100% soy wax in all candles and wax melts.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

The typical turnaround time for products is usually 1-2 weeks.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? DO YOU SHIP NATIONALLY OR INTERNATIONALLY?

Shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to reach it's destination. Orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday to ensure you are receiving our best quality candles.
As of right now, we are not shipping internationally.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, submit a form through our "Contact Us" page or at the bottom of our home page. Include your order number as well as photos of the damaged items. We will reach out to you with the next steps to resolve your request.

We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as possible. You will have 5 business days to request a refund after it has been delivered.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
